Therabox is a monthly subscription box curated by a Therapist to help you with your mental health and well being. It includes beauty and lifestyle products, all with the aim of creating calm in your life.
I tried this box for three months and was not disappointed. Like all subscription boxes, you are going to get some things which feel like they're inside your head and some you're going to give to a friend. But that's not a bad thing.
Each box is based around a theme and contains 8 full-size items. One of which is always an activity book created by Therabox themselves.
Month 1 - Vitamin Sea:

In this box we got:
- Aloe Vera Facemask (Used instantly)
- Soy Candle (Favourite)
- Three pairs of earrings
- Buoy water tablets (Least Favourite)
- Natural perfume (2nd Favourite)
- Z Skin for oily skin (Gave to a friend)
- Beach towel
&
-The Adventure book
The Adventure Book was a travel journal where you could make plans for your future adventures, write about your current ones and use the helpful tick off list for when you're packing for that trip.
I was expecting more seaside type items in this box, such as a sea scrub or sun lotion, but the theme of travel mixed in with vitamin sea does make sense.
I loved how a lot of these items were consumable, and so you don't end up with things cluttering up your home.
Month 2 - Rise and Shine:

In this box we got:
- White and Blue Hair Band (2nd Favourite)
- Shimmer Oil Massage Oil
- Face Globes (Favourite)
- Bounce Watermelon Eye Cream
- Foldable Rucksack (Least Favourite)
- Z Skin tanning lotion and after Sun
- Soul Insole (Gave to a friend)
- Raspberry and Dragon Fruit Kombucha (Drank instantly, hence the second photo... sorry!)
&
-Self Care Scratch Book.
The Self Care Scratch Book was wonderful. The book was separated into categories; Wellness, Nature, Solitude, Home, Relationship and Self Love. Each day, you would scratch off an activity and no matter what, you had to do it that day.
The theme of Rise and Shine was great and a lot of these items have a get-up and go feel about them. More of the items were to keep rather than consume, but they were useful and usable. So ultimately very good.
Month 3 - Sweet Dreams:

In this box we got;
- Sleep Tight perfume (2nd Favourite)
- Lavender Bath Bomb (Used Instantly)
- Grace and Stella Face Wash
- Evening Goggle Eye Mask
- Coconut Night Cream (Favourite)
- Eye Pillow (Gave to a friend)
- Alcohol Hand Sanitiser
&
-Sweet Dreams

The Sweet Dreams book was very fascinating. It was a very detailed guide to sleep with information on every aspect of nightly routines, sleep patterns, the benefits of sleep, different sleeping positions... The list is endless! Sleep is not something I generally struggle with, but if you did, this booklet would sure explain a lot.
This box perfectly suited its theme of Sweet Dreams and was my overall favourite box.
The Price:
Perhaps the most important aspect of this review. How much was this subscription?
1 Month - $34.99
3 Month - $99.99 (Save 5%)
6 Month - $191.94 (Save 10%)
12 Month.- $371.88 (Save 15%)
Each box contains over $100 worth of products, and ultimately I think it's a steal.
